I am a Lecturer in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Calgary and the Department of Humanities at Mount Royal University.
I completed my PhD at the University of Calgary in January 2024, where I held a Joseph-Armand Bombardier Canada Graduate Scholarship from 2015-2018. My supervisor was Mark Migotti. From September 2017 to March 2018 was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Pittsburgh Department of Philosophy, working with Robert Brandom.
When I’m not doing philosophy, I can be found reading novels, poetry, and non-fiction from art history to zoology; looking at art; playing the guitar or drums; watching old episodes of Columbo, and hanging out in cafés. Or, I might be spending time with my friends or family. I also sometimes dabble in non-academic writing, such as creative fiction and non-fiction, and the occasional poem.
